The Studio

Are you looking for accommodation for the perfect outdoor holiday with family or friends? Then we would like to welcome you to the studio. With its fantastic location you have the best view over the valley and the glacier on the Kitzsteinhorn.

The cozy apartment has everything you need. A kitchen where you can prepare a nice meal, a clean and fresh bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed and a double bed.

In the large garden, which can be reached directly from your apartment, you can enjoy your coffee or eat your meals at the garden table. You can also make a fire or have a grill. In winter we have a ski room available. In summer we use this room to safely store guests’ bikes. If you need advice on mountain biking, hiking, ski schools, freeriding or good restaurants, we will be happy to help.

The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the center of Kaprun with all its restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

Hallway with plenty of storage space and coat hooks.
Bathroom with, shower, toilet and washbasin.
Kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee machine.
Lounge/dining room: Dining table and four chairs, Double sofa bed, cable TV, DVD player.
Two person bed. Cot or extra single bed available on request.
Terrace with garden. Fire pit or BBQ available on request.
